Hisava is intentionally focused. Here are the essentials for using it with your household.
What is Hisava?
Hisava is a shared household spending tool. It gives household members one place to set a monthly budget, record expenses, and see what remains.
Is a bank connection required?
No. Hisava does not require a bank connection. You can add expenses manually and choose when to import information.
How do household members share expenses?
Each purchase records who paid and how the cost is split. Both members see the household total, category spending, and balance between them.
How many members can a household have during beta?
The hosted beta supports up to two active members in each household.
How do invitations work?
The household owner sends an invitation to another household member’s email. The invitation is single-use and only the invited, verified email address can accept it.
How do I reset my password?
Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. If the email can be used, Hisava will send a time-limited reset link and sign out existing sessions after the password changes.
