Using Hisava
Hisava is an early-stage household financial-awareness service. Features may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live and provide accurate account information.
Your household and account
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Invite only a person you are authorized to include in your household. Household owners manage invitations and membership, and beta households are limited to two active members.
Your information
You keep ownership of information you submit. You give Hisava permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Make sure you have the right to upload or share any information you provide.
Not financial advice
Hisava organizes information and calculations supplied by household members. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing entries, splits, balances, exports, and decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another household, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful or harmful material, automate abusive traffic, or use Hisava to violate another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will try to communicate material changes when practical, but Hisava is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability.
Ending use
You may stop using Hisava at any time. A household owner can delete the household and its associated member and financial records from the primary database after re-entering their password and confirmation text. Deleted information can remain temporarily in backups and limited operational logs. Household ownership transfer is not currently available. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or prevent misuse.
Disclaimers and liability
Hisava is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not yet specify governing law, dispute terms, warranty exclusions, or liability limits; those items need qualified legal review.
