No bank connection
Understand household spending without linking your bank.
If you want a shared view of spending without handing over bank credentials, start with the purchases that matter to your household. Hisava uses the expenses you record, rather than requiring a bank feed.
Get startedChoose what belongs in the shared record
Enter an expense with its amount, date, category, and payer. Both household members contribute to the same month, whether purchases came from different cards, bank accounts, or cash.
See what remains from the spending you enter
Set a monthly budget and see recorded spending subtracted from it. Remaining is a household budget figure, not a bank balance. Purchases you have not entered are not included, so keeping the record current matters.
Review the month and keep your records
Use categories and month comparisons to understand recorded spending. Review future planned purchases alongside that context. Export expenses as CSV when you want a copy outside Hisava.
The same month, however you paid
A $3,000 budget minus $1,800 in recorded expenses leaves $1,200. That calculation is the same whether the expenses were paid by card or cash. It does not mean either member has $1,200 in a bank account.
Illustrative household example.
Hisava does not move money, make payments, or automatically reconcile your bank transactions. Household members choose what to record and what decisions to make.
